This launch site limits the information it collects. Approved providers handle payments, subscriptions, and future applications.
Information this website handles
The static website does not create visitor accounts, process payments, or accept scholarship applications. If privacy-first aggregate analytics are enabled, they will be configured without advertising trackers or session replay.
Third-party services
Ticket purchases and donations will be completed through Zeffy. Newsletter subscriptions will be completed through the society’s selected email provider. Those services process information under their own notices and the society’s approved configurations. Third-party forms are not loaded site-wide.
If you email the society, your message and contact details are used to respond and for reasonable follow-up. The contact form opens your email app and does not send or store messages on this website. Do not send banking information, receipts, or sensitive application answers unless the society has specifically provided an approved secure channel.
Future scholarship applications
The website does not currently collect applications. Before a 2027 application opens, the society will publish a point-of-collection notice describing purpose, access, service providers, retention, and deletion.
