Event pages show the current price, status, venue, and approved purchase link. Zeffy provides the final checkout and receipt details.
Purchasing tickets
Use the ticket action on the society’s event page. It will lead to the approved Zeffy campaign. The final ticket types, availability, and checkout total shown by Zeffy govern the transaction.
Sold out or ticket sales closed
The website displays these states in text. Availability can change quickly, so the transaction provider is the final source for inventory.
Cancellation or postponement
The society keeps the original event page online and updates its status. Ticket-holder communication and any approved refund process are handled through the transaction provider and the contact information supplied at checkout.
